Hi,
I just realized that an engineer that used to be with my coy changed the password of our Cisco LMS Server. I have looked for documentations on how to reset the LMS password, but no luck. Please I need help in resetting the login password.
Kind regards,
CA

You can use the NMSROOT/bin/ResetPasswd.pl command to reset the admin password.
NMSROOT/bin/perl NMSROOT/bin/ResetPasswd.pl admin

Yes, from the command prompt of the server.
NMSROOT is an environment variable used to point to the intallation directory of LMS. The default location on a Windows system is C:\Program Files\CSCOpx.
The .pl in the above script indicates they are perl scripts. A perl executable is included in the LMS installation and should be in your path. If not, you'll have to adapt the command to reference the perl.exe location

Sorry, the instructions above should have noted you have to stop the LMS server processes first.
Please refer to the LMS Admin guide instructions here.
