Hi,

Can Cisco LMS will work to monitor/manage the branch routers which are connected over WAN from the Head Office? If yes, what are the bandwidth requirements? The main objective is to automate the configuration backup of branch routers at central location and IOS management.

Hi JP,

Yes as long as it can ping the routers then you will be fine. You will need to make sure the SNMP/TFTP and account config is setup correctly as well. With regard to bandwidth usage I am not sur ebaout this but it will be pretty small, the largest hit will be the pulling of the config (nightly/weekly) but the conigs are normally <50K.
