I would like to know if there's possible to use the contol-plane policy feature in the cisco ME 3600X and 3750G, like we can do for a 1921/1841 router example....
service-policy input xxxx
ios 3600: me360x-universalk9-mz.151-2.EY1a.bin
ios 3750: c3750me-i5k91-mz.122-55.SE.bin
Drivers of that is When I'm poling thoses 2 devices from an snmp server, I could take the process close to 40-50% with little encryption(DES-56) I'll have to use AES-128, so I guess process will be higher at this moment, so I would like to police my snmp traffic to 80kbits on control-plane. I don't want apply a service-policy on incoming interface id it's possible cause for 3750 I must use ES-port.
This is actually a pretty cool feature, i didn't even know it existed until I was looking for a solution to advertise a subnet (prefix in BGP talk), only if a certain condition existed. This is exactly what conditional advertisements does
