Cisco Network Assistant 4.1

I am trying to use the cisco Network assistant 4.0 to access the cisco 3750G device, but I am getting a "err:connect- unable to connect" I can telnet to the device no problem. only issue is i am not able to access the device through the cisco network Assistant. What am I doing wrong?

Do u have AAA configured.

Whats the promt you are getting and waht are the inputs that u provide while loggin in to the device.

All aour deveic have AAA configured, from the network Assistant I an using the Switch IP address to connect.
