I am not able to upload more than 40% of the collected inventory data onto the cisco site.I have been trying to do the same since 19th june and is unsuccessful.

Make sure the collection device is also secured and so is the transit path between the Net-flow enabled device and the collector.

A new release is due out shortly with greatly-enhanced functionality.They have a pretty comprehensive suite of other apps as well.
