cisco NMS

Hi,

is there any NMS from cisco to monitor and take sysylog messages from all cisco and non- cisco devices

Part of CiscoWorks LMS is the Syslog Analyzer component of Resource Management Essentials (RME). There is a standards-based syslog server built in that will accept well-formed syslog messages. That said, it doesn't add much if any value on its own as a syslog server. The analyzer functions are designed to add value to Cisco environments.

You would probably be better served by something like the Kiwi syslog server, still free but now distributed by Solarwinds. It is more truly multivendor.
