Cisco Prime 1.3.0.20 - Unable to position APs

Hello, I'm unable to add access points to a floor area in CPI 1.3.0.20

I tried with IE, Chrome, Firefox, but the message was always the same:

Error:COMMON-1: Some unexpected internal error has occurred. Ifthe problem persists please report to the Tech Support.

I'm using Win 8.

Unexpected internal error looks like not the bowser issue . Try installing prime again.

Hi Syed, thank you for suggestion.

My Prime installation is customized with 400 devices managed; it is not so easy to reinstall .

I can try to install on a new VM.

You know i can do a backup/restore of all settings from old installation ?
