Cisco Prime 4.1 - Subnet Based Groups

Greetings.

I have problem with subnet based groups in Cisco Prime LMS 4.1.

Admin > System > Group Management > Device

I've been following examples made in this article with no luck:
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/net_mgmt/ciscoworks_lan_management_solution/4.1/user/guide/admin/groups.html#wp1092067

Quote:

Understanding Subnet Based Groups

The Subnet based groups use the following name format:

Subnet -- Subnet Mask.

The rule expression for Subnet Based Groups has the following components:

Class.attribute operator "value"

For example,

Device.IP.Subnet equals "172.20.104.192" AND Device.IP.SubnetMask equals "255.255.255.240"

The rule above will select all devices of subnet 172.20.104.192 and subnet mask 255.255.255.240.

This does not work for me.

Any suggestions how/if it's possible to group devices based on subnets?  Will really appretiate it. Thanks.

I ve no idea why it doesn't work but .....these groups already exist for every discovered subnet.

Why create them again?

Cheers,

Michel
