I had do some software update on my Cisco Prime LMS 4.2 but its seem fail. I also check to the Admin>Software Centre>Event Log its nothing appear. This thing happen after i delete all event log. After that when i do any update its seem fail and there are no event log anymore. I really appreciate if you can advise
Please share the error you see when you try the software update. Deleting event log will make no effect. Also, please try device update and see if you are able to connect to cisco.com and see device packages properly?
With the screenshot of error, share NMSROOT/log/psu.log from windows server or /var/adm/CSCOpx/log/psu.log from unix/lnx machine.
