Cisco Report not generating : Apache Tomcat/4.1.29 - error reported

While generating report through RME > Reports> Reports archives attached error shows.

Attach the pdshow output and error screen shot for refrence. Please help in direction to resolve. Thanks in antiscipation.

Hi,

By way of direction, I'd suggest huge log files might be a contributing cause. The general outline would bechecking log files to determine why RMEDbMonitor is being shut down; then trying to use logrot to truncate the large files.

Beyond those... I'd suggest opening a TAC case for this issue.
