Cisco Supervisor Desktop

hi all 

i have very recently just started using cisco superrvisor desktop for our incoming calls.

i was woindering if it is possible to create a report of all calls received after 4pm by a agent? if you could explain this in baby steps i would appreciate this

You would use the Historical

You would use the Historical Reporting tool which can be downloaded from the Contact Center Express server. From there you can create reports.

Hello, You can also run web system CUIC raport. You fan use only one tool CUIC or Historical Report wt tej same time.
