Here are the details of the critical error:

Cisco UCS 5108 Chassis: Serial # ............ Sys/chassis-2/locator-led

Description: [FSM:FAILED]: set locator led to inactive (FSM:sam:dme:EquipmentLocatorLedSetLocatorLed).

Remote-Invocation-Error:

Cause: fsm-failed

Code: 999448

Severity: critical

The Chassis equipment (blade servers, LED locator light, IO modules, and power supplies) are fully operational.

If yours is the same issue, according to

Critical fault on FSM when Chassis Locator LED set

Workaround:

Toggle the LED On and then Off.
If toggling the LED does not clear fault, reset the IOM connected to the current subordinate Fabric Interconnect in the affected Chassis and toggle the LED which should clear the fault.

Or upgrade to 2.2(7b) or newer
