Cisco work doesn't start

I have install a Cisco works evaluation version installed in a VMWare virtual machine and when I clic in the shortcut in desktop internet explorer can't show the webpage http://localhost:1741/.

Can anybody help me?.

Please post the output of the pdshow DOS command as well as a screenshot of the Services control panel.
