A good place to start is to look at the respective product data sheets.

CiscoWorks LMS: http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/sw/cscowork/ps2425/products_data_sheet0900aecd803fd8eb.html

CNA: http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/ps5931/products_data_sheet0900aecd8034fbf1.html

My high level summary is as follows:

CiscoWorks = about $20,000. Manages almost every Cisco switch and router type, provides fault management, configuration management, workflow, path analysis, user tracking, performance monitoring, etc. etc.

CNA = free. Designed for management and configuration assistance for a limited range of Cisco switches and a few routers.
