Im trying to do a compliance test for our VPN 3000 concentrators in Cisco works but I can not get the CLI command right. I know that the VPN 3000 doesn't run proper IOS, so what commands can I use? I've read the User guide for RME, but I can't find what I'm looking for.
What compliance test do you mean ? If you want to import configuration to RME from a Vpn3000 you add it thru device manager and instead of filling out enable password etc (or tacacs+ username) you add the credentials in the HTTP section.
The configurations from my vpn 3000 boxes are already imported. I'm trying to check that the configs follow my template. When you have a Baseline Template you can choose "Compliance Check" and select the boxes you'd like to check (without deploy). As a result, a nice report should be generated.
This is actually a pretty cool feature, i didn't even know it existed until I was looking for a solution to advertise a subnet (prefix in BGP talk), only if a certain condition existed. This is exactly what conditional advertisements does
