Dear All

I have Cisco Works Common services 2.2 which work on windows 2000. Can i upgrade this to Cisco Works Common services 3. If yes what is the procedure please let me know.

Yes, you may upgrade to CiscoWorks Common Services 3.0

If you have a valid Software Application Support (SAS) contract, then you may be entitled to a complimentary upgrade.
