Cisco WOrks Eroor Urgent

Hi,

I have LMS 2.5.1 installed it was working fine but now suddenly it is not displaying the LOGIN page i checked the windows services all are fine apart form the APACHE service it is not starting & when i try to restart it is doest i also rebooted the server but still it is the same

You may have a DLL conflict. Check for multiple versions of ssleay32.dll and libeay32.dll on the system. If you have more than one of each, make sure the ones in the CiscoWorks patch (NMSROOT\bin) are found FIRST in your PATH environment variable.

If you run the command pdshow from the command line are any of the key processes down? Are you accessing via hostname or IP address? Also, are you using SSL?

Common reason for apache not starting is that port 80 is in use.

This can be caused by somefunnydude activating IIS os another webserver.
