Cisco works License transfer

Hi

Ciscoworks LMS 2.5 running on Win2k system. Now I want to transfer the Ciscoworks LMS 2.5 to another Win2k system. I already installed the Ciscoworks trial version on new Win2k Server. Can any one guide me how to transfer the license. Both System do not have Internet connection.

Lack of "Internet connection" notwithstanding, as long as the two servers have connectivity to each other, you can either 1) restore a copy of LMS backup from the old server to the new (using the restorebackup.pl script), in which case the license will be restored as part of that, or 2) copy over the NMSROOT\etc\licenses\*.lic file(s), if otherwise starting from scratch on the new server.
