CISCO WORKS LMS 2.6 CANNOT LOG IN

Dear people, we are next (one more month) to upgrade our old LMS 2.6  but something occurred.

The system has been running smootly during several years, but ...

First the the ssl certificate expired (and some processes stopped) , so that  we successfully generated a new one following the instructions already given in this community.

We now are next to log in, but it never ends (see snapshot)

What is missing?

Thanks a lot

Julio

Hi ,

This product is end of support  :(

I can give some pointers see if they can help :

1.try regenerating the SSL certificate , make sure you use the HOSTNAME not FQDN while generating the SSL

2.  Go to services.msc window  , start the APACHE service as administrator ( I mean change the  log on to administrator)

3. shutdown the daemons,

then  delete the ctmregistry* from MSROOT/MDC/tomcat/webapps/rme/WEB-INF/lib

start the daemon manager.

hope it will help

Thanks-

Afroz
