Cisco Works LMS/Device center error

Hi, we have Cisco Works LMS and a few days ago, the device center is showing the an error when i introduce the ip address of any device, i attach the screenshot, thanks in advanced.

Do you have an eval version of HUM installed on this server which has expired?

yes, that's right. It expired in some days ago. That is the problem?

Yes. Uninstall HUM, or install a purchased license, and this problem will go away.
