Cisco works not working

Hi,

I am running Cisco works LMS 2.6 in our organization. After run the Airconics backup on the system (Windows 2003) I am seeing the blank page after I login to Cisco works.

I attached the error which displayed. can you please any one advise what could be the problem and how to rectify this issue.

And also please any one suggest me if I reinstall the Cisco works weather its able to discover the devices.
