Hi,

I am trying to add devices (1 4506E and 2960G)to RME in CWSNMS both through the Admin->Essentials->Inventory->Add Devices and by adding it to Whats Up Gold and then exporting it to Essentials. But both the time I can see the devices in the inventory but then never appear under Essentials tab. 2960 is not supported by CWSNMS. But 4506 is supported with supIV. I have 4506-E with supIV.

Should CWSNMS 1.5 support 4506-E with SUP-IV?

No. The 4506-E is a newer device with a different sysObjectID from the 4506.

4506 : 1.3.6.1.4.1.9.1.502

4506-E : 1.3.6.1.4.1.9.1.875
