cisco works syslog report shows no record

Hello, dear community, 

We have a problem with syslog server functionality on Cisco LMS server. In log folder I see the syslog.log file with all syslog data which was sent by devices,
But when I try to get report using RME, RME shows there are no records found.

Admin > Collection Settings >syslogSyslog Collector Status

which version of LMS you are using ?

OS ?

 

Try to restart the below processes :

pdterm SyslogCollector

pdterm SyslogAnalyzer

then

pdexec SyslogCollector

pdexec SyslogAnalyzer
