Dear All,

IN our network we are using Ciscoworks LMS 3.1.

Cisco works process FH server, Tomcat Monitor, WlseUHIC went down.

It was displaying error that administrator have shut down the process.

Again we have manually start the processes.

What is the reason for which these processes went down automatically especially tomcat monitor?

Please help me how I can manage to stop this happening again.

Your help is highly appreciated.

Thanks

Ashraf

There is not enough information to say why these processes went down. Is this Windows or Solaris?

we are using Windows server 2003 for ciscoworks lms3.1

Please post the TomcatMonitor.log and NMSROOT\MDC\tomcat\logs\stdout.log.

i have attached the tomcat monitor log .

please check it.

Are you sure this is LMS 3.1 and not 3.0.1?

Sorry , it is LMS 3.0.1.

Here is the verions of all modules of ciscoworks.

CiscoWorks Common Services 3.1.1

Campus Manager 5.0.3

CiscoView 6.1.7

CiscoWorks Assistant 1.0.1

Device Fault Manager 3.0.3

Internetwork Performance Monitor 4.0.1 Purchased 100

Integration Utility 1.7.1

LMS Portal 1.0.1

Resource Manager Essentials 4.1.1

Health and Utilization Monitor 1.0.0

Upgrade DFM to 3.0.4, and this problem should go away.
