cisco works upgrade issue.

My customer has run into an issue while upgrading CiscoWorks . Pls see below for the problem description.

This is Ciscoworks for Windows 6.1 (with WhatsUp Gold version 7.03

On Ciscoworks, current installed version of the package is 1.0.058 (it has never been updated).

The downloaded package is version 1.0.085 and 1.0.086.

When I attempt to install by clicking on "Next>>" I got the screen that said something about

error opening zip file.

The installed version remains at 1.0.058

Installing packages.This could take several minutes:

Pre-installing package nmidb(1.0.086)

Installing package nmidb(1.0.086)

Package Installationg Failed: error in opening zip file.

Updating installed repository....
