Cisco3020 IOS upgrade failure

I ran "distribut image" job for C-Class blade, RME was able to copy the image but failed to reboot the devices with the following error:

Device will be rebooted.

SWIM5006: Device Reboot operation failed.

The device is not configured for reboot. The SNMP Write Community string might be wrong.

The command SNMP server system shutdown should be in the running configuration on the device."

I verified the community string read/write and both are correct and CDA show OK. Do you know if I'm missing anything else?

Thanks.

You need to have the following command configured on the device:

snmp-server system-shutdown
