Ciscoview sup720 module "down"

Hi all, I have a switch 6500 with sup720 and I want to manage it through CiscoView. I can access the device without problem, but one of the cards (and all port) that I have stay in orange/light brown color. The module is working and there are three ports passing traffic. I'm using CiscoView 6.1.4 with the latest device package:

- Cat6000IOS.cv50.v22-0.zip

- CLIParser.cv50.v1-4.zip

- Entity.cv50.v1-7.zip

- nmidb.1.0.088.zip

- SwitchAddlets.cv50.v1-21.zip

The module is WS-X6148A-GE-TX, and it's supported by this device package. Someone has any idea that what is happend?

Can you enable CiscoView debugs to see what is reported in the log for this device? Is the log showing the ports up or down?
