I have finally rebuilt my box with all the current 2.6 stuff on it. I have two pieces of equipment that constantly fail in the inventory update process. The error the job reports is "device sensed but collection failed" for the inventory collection routine. If I go to Device manager and choose the device and do an inventory update I get the same error.
I have tested credentials and they report back as being okay. I can use the Device manager to telnet, view the config, pretty much anything but inventory. Thoughts on what to try to get rid of this error? thanks.
