Ciscoworks 2000 User trackign Problems.

I have a Large Network of aroung 200 Cisco switches and routers in which i have 6500(6)no and 7204(4)no, and all other Access Switches 2950 3500 etc. Now i want ot get all the User who are connected to my Network.i am getting the USer info which is only 700 users but user trackign is not providing hte complete User info can any onw tell me how the User trackign works internally and how to configure to see all the users available in the network.Please help Urgent.

In short

Campus gets the mac tables and vlan tables from your switches, tries to match the mac's to the IP's in the arp tables of the routers. So all these devices need to be manageble for Ciscoworks.

Next it tries to resolve the ip's to hostnames , it works if they are in DNS.

Next it tries to match that to the usernames you may have provided via UTlite.
