CiscoWorks and ACS problems

I've got some problems with CiscoWorks and ACS. I want to use the ACS to authenticate CiscoWorks logins. I created a Full Admin user in CiscoWorks and want to use that user as System Identity User. While trying to connect to ACS and register the Services Components, an error occurs: The user doesn't have all the permissions to register in ACS. I also created the System Identity user in ACS...

Check the ACS Admin user you specified in LMS. This user must be a full administrator FOR ACS. You should be able to login to ACS as this user, and have full access to every component in the ACS web UI. If you are using the ACS appliance, the ACS admin user specified in LMS MUST NOT be the appliance administrator. Create a new administrator under Administration Control > Add Administrator.
