It is possible, but was never tested. There shouldn't be any port conflicts as LMS doesn't use udp/67 or udp/68. But there could be resource conflicts depending on your DHCP server solution. Also, DHCP is a vital network service, and combining LMS and DHCP on the same server opens your DHCP server up to more potential security problems and maintenance issues that keeping it on a dedicated machine.
