I have a Windows 2003 server with CiscoWorks installed and running on it. The c: drive filled up and ran out of space which is the location of the CiscoWorks install. I have cleared up the drive for space but now the Appache service will not start. I have rebooted the server but still the service will not start. Here is the error message in the Windows event viewer.

This has been discussed on this forum many times before. It is related to CSCsg29627. See the bug, or other threads on this forum for the workaround.
