CiscoWorks Backup failing

Hi All,

We're running LMS 2.5. I'm trying to make a backup via the Common services\backup tab. However it's giving an error on the dbbackup.log "ERROR(274): No database files are available for the installed applications; nothing to back up." I've also tried the CLI backup command and it's the same error.

What's the reason for the no database files error, Can someone please suggest how to fix it or advise of another way of replicating the config/database from an old server to a new server.

Many thanks.

Best regards,

Ron

Could you try to delete this file manually.

#/etc/init.d/dmgtd stop

Delete /product/CSCO/CW2Kbackup//backup.LOCK

#/etc/init.d/dmgtd start

Delete the dbbackup.log and start with a clean log file.

After it completes then do a Manual backup and wait for it to complete. If you get the error, wait for a few minutes to see if there is a backup already running.
