CiscoWorks - Can't do a Software Update

My CiscoWorks all of a sudden does not want to do a Software Update. When I choose the Product Name, and click the "Download Updates" button, I get the error message: "An unknown error has occured. Please check the log file for details." Anyone have any ideas?

CW is running on a Windows 2003 Server, SP1.

2. Campus Manager 4.0.9

3. CiscoView 6.1.5

4. Device Fault Manager 2.0.6

5. Integration Utility 1.6.0

6. Resource Manager Essentials 4.0.5

Can you check the psu.log to see what errors are in there? Are you going through a proxy to connect to CCO?

Well it really was a silly one; my coworker and I didn't realize the username/passwd we configured was for the CLI, whereas the web login is different (and was set to the default). We're now logged in and doing fine!
