Ciscoworks CCO Login

Hello All,

Looking for a way to troubleshoot the CCO login within CiscoWorks. If I do a Device Manager -> CCO Connection, fill the information out I get an invalid login/proxy settings...don't have a proxy and I've typed the CCO login twelve times...suggestions?

The error that you are getting indicates that the Proxy settings are misconfigured on the Cisco Works. That is the reason you are not able to access the CCO. Check for the Proxy login settings and then try to login. It should work.

Where is that information setup? If I clean out the existing proxy port in the CCO Connection, I still recieve the message.
