Can Any body help me to know the below error message which I am getting from ciscoworks as well as the email is coming from DFM as critical alert (Please find below email also).

It looks as if DFM is alerting that you have a duplicate IP xx.xx.250.253 on your network.
Are you using this IP for HSRP or similiar purpose? In earlier versions of DFM I had that problem.

Yes you are right, This address are using for HSRP. Any work around.

Personal preference but I disabled the the HSRP interface from being managed in DFM:
DFM -> Device Management - Device Details - {Device} - False (drop down box next to interface).
