Ciscoworks Hung

A few days ago, Ciscoworks can't be accessed. When I want to open Device Center, only Device Center banner appears. From CS>Server>admin>Process, there are 12 process that shutdown by administrator. Why the process suddenly shutdown? I didn't shutdown that process. Then I restart the LMS Service, then everything is running normally. Can you explain why ciscoworks hung? and Why the process suddenly shutdown?

As I recall, you still do not have DFM 3.0.3. Unless this has changed, that would explain why processes shutdown periodically. The bug in DFM 3.0 prior to 3.0.3 causes port exhaustion on the server, and can lead to process crashes.
