Ciscoworks LMS 2.5, 3750 stack showing up as black with IOS 12.2(25)SEC

We are running Ciscoworks LMS 2.5. We have recently aquired a couple 3750 stacks with new IOS and they show up as black with IOS 12.2(25)SEC. The other 3750 stacks are showing up fine. I tried IDU updates but I'm not seeing any, I'm on the latest versions. Any ideas?

thanks

Aaron

Where do they up as black? A screen capture may help.

Thanks

Interesting. CiscoView uses device packages, not IDUs. Make sure you have the latest one installed:

http://www.cisco.com/cgi-bin/Software/CiscoView/cvresult.cgi?product_class=Catalyst+Switches&product=Catalyst+3750&application=CiscoView+6.1

If you do, you might want to try increasing the timeout.

I am seeing the same issue with 12.2(25)SEC2. I am running the very latest LMS updates.

Did you ever find a solution?

Never found a solution, no one replied with a solution.

Let me know what you find.

Have a look at the other thread I started on here regarding this.

http://forums.cisco.com/eforum/servlet/NetProf?page=netprof&forum=Network%20Infrastructure&topic=Network%20Management&CommCmd=MB%3Fcmd%3Ddisplay_location%26location%3D.1dd991cf

A kind Cisco guy posted CV5.1 for the 3750 and it has fixed my problem.
