CiscoWorks LMS 2.5 - Incomplete User Tracking

As we have upgraded from LMS 2.2 to 2.5 we have noticed that the User Tracking Database is incomplete. I have found nothing comparable in the netpro forum, so I assume that it depends on our installation. The devices, on which the missing users are connected, have proper SNMP settings and are discovered without any error. The only hint is an entry in the ut.log file according to the device:

What types of devices are these? Cat 6k's?

Are these devices properly showing in topology services?

If you do an snmpwalk on the dot1dTpFdbTable?

The device es-2342-2 is properly in CM topology service. The missing user device has IP address 172.20.11.60 and is connected to port fa0/19 of a WS-C2950G-48-EI switch with IOS Version 12.1(22)EA6, RELEASE SOFTWARE (fc1).

An nbtstat to the user shows us the MAC address:

MAC Adresse = 00-14-22-3D-82-D1

I also find the MAC in the CAM table of the switch:

# snmpwalk -c public@611 172.20.11.242 .1.3.6.1.2.1.17.4.3.1.2 | egrep 'INTEGER: 19'

SNMPv2-SMI::mib-2.17.4.3.1.2.0.20.34.61.130.209 = INTEGER: 19

which is in HEX

# snmpwalk -c public@611 172.20.11.242 .1.3.6.1.2.1.17.4.3.1.1.0.20.34.61.130.209

SNMPv2-SMI::mib-2.17.4.3.1.1.0.20.34.61.130.209 = Hex-STRING: 00 14 22 3D 82 D1

The VLAN to subnet mapping in Topology Service is also correct (172.20.11.0 matches to VLAN 611)

Ping Sweep is enabled and we can see the following entry in the ARP cache of the default router at any time:

#sh arp | incl 172.20.11.60

Internet 172.20.11.60 8 0014.223d.82d1 ARPA Vlan611

and via SNMP

# snmpwalk 172.20.11.254 .1.3.6.1.2.1.4.22.1.2 | grep 172.20.11.60

RFC1213-MIB::ipNetToMediaPhysAddress.65.172.20.11.60 = Hex-STRING: 00 14 22 3D 82 D1

I've also set the timeout of the pingsweep tool from 0s to 2s to get all of the users in the arp cache of the router, but the result has not changed yet.
