CISCOWORKS LMS 2.6 CISCOVIEW

hello everybody

I have the same problem that this link:

http://forums.cisco.com/eforum/servlet/NetProf?page=netprof&forum=Network%20Infrastructure&topic=Network%20Management&CommCmd=MB?cmd=display_location&location=.2cbf5fa3

but, i did all that there said, and I still can't see the router 2800 in the Cisco View,it send me the same message:

Message:

Can't find applicable device package for x.x.x.x

I download folder Rtr2800.zip and Rtr2800.cv50.v8-0.zip and pasted it in the next folders :

C:\Program Files\CSCOpx\MDC\tomcat\webapps\CVng\WEB-INF\classes\com\cisco\nm\cvw\devpkgs

C:\Program Files\CSCOpx\www\classpath\com\cisco\nm\xms\psu\pkgs\rme

C:\Program Files\CSCOpx\www\classpath\com\cisco\nm\xms\psu\pkgs\cvw

Then I stop the services and start the services, but the ciscoview can't show me the devices .

Although I added this folders into the 3 links in C:, when I see in >common server>device type in ciscoview that don't appear.

anybody can help me whit this problem??

Re: CISCOWORKS LMS 2.6 CISCOVIEW

This was a very bad thing to do. You've damaged your RME device package list. Revert all the changes you made (hopefully you backed up any files you replaced).

Before installing any new packages, what is the sysObjectID of this router?
