CiscoWorks LMS 3.2 and Cisco Secure ACS 4.2 can coexist?

I'm looking for informations about this question: can LMS 3.2 and ACS 4.2 coexist on the same Windows server?

Thanks.

There are several reasons this is not recommended.

1. This is not tested.

2. Port starvation can arise since both applications may compete for similar resources.

3. Multiple security risks as you have your network access software on the same box as your network management software.  What happens if there is a bug in LMS causing a security breach that compromises the server?  You would not want your ACS to be compromised as well.  You may also need to shutoff ACS due to LMS.  For example, if LMS runs into a problem or simply due to an LMS upgrade,  you may need to reboot the machine affecting ACS
