when we are running the installation following the administrative guide, it can not reach till the end we are recieving a window with this message:

user tracking utility 1.0 is not compatible with campus manager 5.2

user tracking utility 1.1.1 is available for cisco campus manager5.2

you can download the latest UTU from Cisco.com at

I am not sure if it is error on notification, but it is mostly a notification which should not have any issues on installation. You should share your install log, that should be in the c:/ drive (c:/xxxxx.log ).

Do you have user tracking utility installed on this Server? If yes, please uninstall and try again.

Please share output of SET command from command prompt from your server and screenshot of winver command as well.

-Thanks

You seems to be using the mobile App. I am not sure of option on it to upload file.

Please share the file name you tried installing earlier. From where did you got it if you dont have download priviledges?

it may be corrupt or wrong software you're trying to install. If you're able to make a CCO ID, i can publish LMS 3.2 for you to be downloaded.

-Thanks

hi aframad i am seeing that that soft is an evaluation version and secondly i can't download it becoz i don't have a cisco account and when i want to create one i have an error message

Hi,

can you share the name of the .exe or file that you were trying to install.

If you don't have a CCO account then we will not be able to publish the software for you

You atlease need to have the CCO ID to get the software published ..

Thanks-

Sorry to hear about your health and Hope you are recovering.

Ideally this is  now a new issue and you should open new thread for right attention as per CSC's guidelines.

Please provide details on if LMS is installed properly. You should share LMS install log from c:/ drive.

Also, for the restore failure share NMSROOT/log/dbrestore.log for further details.

It may be mostly a corrupt backup, which is usually difficult to get restored.

Can you share whole backup somehow? Whats the size? we can test it on our Lab server.

-Thanks
