Hi Laxmi,

Is  your server running under domain ?

Add the casuser as a part of adminstrator group. and try reset the causer again. if it does not work.

chanage the startup type of the cisco work daemon Manager to MAUNAL from AUTOMATIC ( open services.msc)

Reboot the server

once it is back ,change the startup type back to AUTOMATIC and try to start the Daemon Manager.

If none works then share the syslog.log (atleaset last 200 lines)

Thanks-

Afroz

Hi Afroz,

Yes, the server is in domain.

please find the attched syslogs.

Laxmi,

can you try to reset the causer using (resetcasuser.exe ) by creating a new user to the server that is not a part of domain.

also I did't see any logs attached

Increase the SWAP space on the server ( it can be double the size of actual RAM)

then reboot the server.

Hi,

our LMS is experiencing the same issue. Current RAM size is 2GB, and current swap memory is 6GB.

Increasing the swap size did not succeed.

share the last  500 lines of syslogs.log

In the meantime ,you share the syslog.log .

Try the below steps too:

open the services.msc window

chnage the startup type of cisco works Daemon Manager to MANUAL  from Automatic

then reboot the server.

once it is back then change the startup type back to AUTOMATIC and then try to start the Daemon Manager.
