CiscoWorks LMS and ISS Server Firewall

Getting ready for an installation and the Customer is wondering if there is any compatability issues with having the ISS Server Sensor software running with CiscoWorks LMS 2.6 or ITEM?

I am not seeing anything in the installation or release notes.

This was not a tested configuration, and there may be problems. Anytime a host-based firewall is installed on a CiscoWorks server you can run into problems.

You might try installing CiscoWorks without ISS first, and verify it is working. Then install the sensor, and test again. That way you will have a better idea of what the sensor is doing (if anything) to CiscoWorks.
