CiscoWorks (LMS2.5)doesn't start no more automatically

I'm using CiscoWorks LMS2.5 SP2 with Windows2003 SP1. When I start my computer CiscoWorks doen't start automaticaly(It worked fine some days ago). I start it manually (all services of the control panel) but now some functionalities don't work.

For exeample with ut.bat :

ERROR UTCLI: Failed creating AniClient. org.omg.CORBA.OBJECT_NOT_EXIST:

Could not locate the following Object:

repository id : IDL:AniBaseModule/AniServiceLogin:1.0

object name : ANIServer5.0-mycomputer

minor code: 0 completed: No

ERROR UTCLI: Cannot connect to the ANI Server. Failed creating AniClient.

If I try to launch crmdmgtd I have this message :

C:\>net start crmdmgtd

The CiscoWorks Daemon Manager service is starting.

The CiscoWorks Daemon Manager service could not be started.

The service did not report an error.

More help is available by typing NET HELPMSG 3534.

Re: CiscoWorks (LMS2.5)doesn't start no more automatically

Services should not be started manually, so go ahead and stop them

Once everything is stopped, open a DOS shell and cd to CSCOpx\setup\support

Issue the command resetcasuser

Now try net start crmdmgtd

Thanks.

I've tried this command (resetcauser) but I still have the same problem with "net start crmdmgtd"

Check and see if casuser is still a valid user on your server

Thank you. I've found what was the problem. The user casuser was "locked out" in users management part of the system.

Thank you for all
