CiscoWorks: Netconfig job to change 4000 devices credentials and theri RME cred

Hi,

We have to change the 4000 devices Local credentials credentials to new credentials, and at same time also want to update the RME with new credentials for these devices. Our some devices are TACACS with local credentials and some are ONLY using local credentials.

Just for a test I have created the a user-defined task in Netconfig with CLI command details as below; it does work, but device credentials are not updating in Ciscoworks.  And because of this devices cannot talk with Ciscoworks again.

Please suggest a solution

CLI Commands:

username test password 0 test1

No username abc

Enable secret test123

No enable password

You can change all the username and password of all devices in one action after the RME job is finnished by just select all devices and edit credetials.

True, during the execution of the job other TELNET/SSH using jobs may fail.
