All applications within LMS maintain an audit log. For example, go to RME > Reports > Report Generator > Audit Trail. You can see what operations were performed on what devices.
However, LMS is not an auditing suite. For this, you should be using a AAA server such as Cisco Secure ACS to provide comprehensive auditing of both LMS and non-LMS device transactions.
