CiscoWorks - Problems with Syslog file

Hi,

I had to erase the syslog file (c:/ciscoworks/log/syslog.log) because it was too large. So, I stopped all CiscoWorks Services and I erased it. Now, I have a new syslog file, all devices write in it correctly, however, I can?t see any syslog report.

What can I do?.

Thank you very much

Best Regards

Nuria

See this recent thread on some places to start looking:

Additionally, if you deleted the file (not recommended) make sure the new file has correct permissions. The syslog.log file should allow Full Control for Administrators and casusers.
