CiscoWorks processes failing

Hello,

The odbc.pl and snmp.pl processes are failing on our CW Windows 2000 server. I tried stopped and restarting the CiscoWorks Daemon processes and rebooting the server - no luck.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I was able to rename the cwsnmp.dll to cwsnmp.dll.orig and the Server Self-test no longer lists snmp.dl as failed. The odbc.pl failure message can also be ignore.
