Ciscoworks TFTP Service Not Getting Started

I am trying to install the TFTP patch recently released by cisco to fix the TFTP traversal issue. While installing the patch I get error that the CWCS TFTP server is not able to Start on the Local Computer.

I am running LMS 2.6 and the Common Services ver 3.0.5.

Can someone help why I am getting the error

Pay attention to my post on how to properly apply the patch so that it doesn't corrupt the crmtftp.exe binary.
